Sarah Shane Weber

Sarah Shane Weber, 83, of North Wales, passed away peacefully Friday, September 5, 2025.  She was the beloved wife of C. Kenneth Weber, Jr. with whom she shared 61 years of loving marriage.

She was the youngest daughter of the late Rev. Samuel W.  and Sarah (Rohrer) Shane. Born April 27, 1942 in Washington, PA, she grew up in Crafton, PA until she moved to Abington PA, where she graduated from Abington High School. She graduated magna cum laude from Westminster College, PA with a B.A. in English, and later obtained an MBA from Temple University.

Mrs. Weber was a longtime, dedicated leader of Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church, and was very involved in the Presbytery of Philadelphia. She was a beloved teacher with the Lansdale School of Business for over 20 years. She was also a longtime member and former president of the American Association of University Women in Lansdale.

Sarah was an avid reader and her hobbies included quilting, sewing, and crafting. She enjoyed traveling, especially vacationing with her family in Lakeside, OH.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Linda W. Dunbrack (Daniel) of Framingham, MA, and Stephen M. Weber (Alice) of Eagleville, PA; and five grandsons, Aaron, Joshua, Zachary, Matthew, and Dylan.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Shane; and sister, Nancy Hall.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Gwynedd Square Presbyterian Church, 837 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with a lunch to follow. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
