Stanley Bratton, 75, long time life partner to Herta Taylor, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Roy and Edith (Solo) Bratton.

Stanley was a 1969 Graduate of La Salle High School. He went on to receive his bachelor's degree in 1973 and his master’s degree in 1991 in Business Administration, both from La Salle University. Throughout his years of education there, Stanley became a big Alumni supporter of his alma mater. He enjoyed visiting the local casinos, was a huge Eagles and Philly’s fan, and was an avid car enthusiast who loved his new Mustang but also appreciated his Firebird and BMW.

Surviving along with Herta are Stanley’s children Greg Bratton, and Lesley Chen; grandchildren Catherine and Corie, and Herta’s son Robert Taylor, husband of Rebekah. Along with his parents, Stanley is predeceased by his uncle Joseph Solo.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 26, 2026 from 1:00pm to 1:45pm at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, with a memorial service to begin at 2:00pm.
