Susan Barden, 83, of Lansdale, died Wednesday, May 13, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late James Barden.
Born March 15, 1943 in Elyria, Ohio, she was the daughter to the late Arthur and Wiletta (Roller) Robson.
For years she was a dedicated nurse, caring for her patients with endless compassion, patience, and kindness.
She is survived by her children, James Barden, Jr., Sean (Karin) Barden, Christian (Susan Gawel) Barden, Sara Kuchtyn; nine grandchildren, Colin Barden, Nicole Barden, Jeffrey (Sasha) Barden, Alexa Barden, Riley Kuchtyn, Tyler Kuchtyn, Xavier Gawel Barden, Julian Gawel Barden, and Alastair Gawel Barden; two great-grandchildren, Elena and Henry; and her brother, Arthur Robson.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Barden; and her grandson, Mason Kuchtyn.
Services are private and under the direction of Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale, PA.
