Thomas W. Tucker

Thomas W. Tucker, 86, of Lansdale, died Sunday, November 10, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of Donna (Guretse) Tucker, his wife of 55 years.

Born April 7, 1938, he was a son of the late William and Margaret (English) Tucker.

Mr. Tucker was a longtime parishioner of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lansdale, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Pius IX Council 4396.  He was employed as a the purchasing manager for Drexel University, retiring in 2001.  Previously, he worked in sales with UNIVAC.

Tom enjoyed skiing, golfing, and vacationing in Avalon, NJ with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Cynthia R. Swisher of Levittown, PA, and Meghan G. Tucker of Lansdale; three grandchildren, Gavin Swisher, Thomas Berdel, and James Swisher; and three brothers, Richard B. Tucker (Anita) of Richmond, VA, William B. Tucker, Jr. (Constance) of Royersford, and James E. Tucker (Michelle) of Reading.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
