Timothy M. Damico, 72, of North Wales, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Cathy (Cummings) Damico, his wife of 51 years.
Born November 29, 1951 in Greensburg, PA, he was a son of the late Anthony and Hazel (Noel) Damico. An athlete and friend to all who crossed his path, he remained close with his childhood friends from Greensburg.
Tim was employed in production control with Handy & Harman Tube, East Norriton, PA for more than 30 years. At the end of his career, he worked in sales with C & S Sales Associates, Spring House, PA retiring in 2017.
He enjoyed playing softball, coaching CYO basketball at St. Stans in Lansdale, PA and was a fixture on many local sports sidelines. Nothing brought him more joy than cheering on his children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren in their athletic endavours. To say he was an avid golfer, is an understatement. He was skilled, competitive and humorous on the golf course, as shared by many. He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and the incredible web of love he cast around those who knew him. Nothing made him beam with more pride than seeing his children and grandchildren soar to success.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Carrie L. Casey (Robert) of Washington Crossing, PA, and Matthew P. Damico (Victoria) of King of Prussia; two grandchildren, Maeve and Bobby; his sister-in-law, Deborah Cummings Boorse of Hellertown; Michael Konoza (Kimberly) of Beaufort, SC and cherished nieces and nephews and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Damico, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Holly Cummings Konoza.
