Wayne E. Broyles

October 9, 1947 — January 14, 2026

Wayne Eugene Broyles, a devoted follower of Christ, loving husband and cherished father, peacefully entered the presence of the Lord 1/14/2026, at the age of 78 in Willow Grove, PA.

Born on October 9th, 1947 in Lawton, Oklahoma, Wayne lived a life centered in faith, family and service. He was known for unwavering integrity and a gentle spirit. Wayne was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church, where he spent years teaching children's Sunday school with his wife sharing his love for God's word.

Wayne's greatest joy was his family. He spent 47 years in marriage with Bonnie. He was the loving and supportive father of Molly Broyles and proud grandfather of Xavier.

He is also survived by his nieces, Melody Penney and Brenda Williams.

He is preceded in death by Gilmer P. Broyles, Mary Leach Broyles, Gilmer Broyles Jr., and his sister, Linda Williams, whom he has been reunited with in heaven.

Wayne graduated from Taylor Business School in Philadelphia, PA and then worked for FMC Steel Corp for 18 years. He then worked as a custodian for Central Bucks Schools for 25 years.

He was a godly loving man who guided his family with spiritual strength and integrity. He was my superhero - strong but had a quiet, sensitive spirit. His favorite past times were building model train sets, models and collecting comic books with his daughter. He enjoyed cooking for those he loved.

A memorial service celebrating Wayne's life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 1830 S. Valley Forge Road, Lansdale, PA, February 14, 2026 starting at 11 a.m., with guests arriving at 10:15 a.m. and a luncheon following the service.
