William J. Vanartsdalen, Jr

William J. VanArtsdalen Jr., 87, of Sellersville, husband of Patricia A. (Koruba) VanArtsdalen, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2026 at The Community at Rockhill.

Born In Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William Joseph and Lucy Mildred (Truitt) VanArtsdalen.

William was a hard worker, retiring from PECO in 1990 after 30 years of employment. The next 13 years he continued to work with his own business as a multi-talented individual performing a wide range of jobs. He also loved going on vacation to Maine with his wife and family.

William served in the US National Guard. He was also a member of the Paletown Rod and Gun Club and NRA. Bill, as he was known by his friends, was an avid hunter in Pennsylvania and participated in many hunting trips to Maine and Wyoming for deer, elk and bear and Newfoundland for moose. He was also an avid fisherman which he enjoyed with his friends and family.

Surviving with his wife are children William J. VanArtsdalen III, husband of Cynthia, Dennis VanArtsdalen, husband of Deborah, Judith Reahm, wife of John, and Victoria VanArtsdalen; several brothers and sisters, 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
