Charles N. "Chas" Ziegler II, 28, of North Wales, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Abington Health – Lansdale Hospital. He was the beloved fiancé of Jennelle N. Eroh.
Born March 21, 1984 in Honolulu, HI, he was a son of John G. and Teresa (McKenney) Ziegler.
Chas was a 2002 graduate of North Penn High School and was employed as an electrician with Ziegler Electric. He loved music, hunting, and, more than anything else, spending time with his daughter.
In addition to his fiancé and parents, he is survived by his daughter, Kylie N. Ziegler; sister, Crystal A. Ziegler of Conshohocken; brothers, Beau J. Ziegler of North Wales, and Scott T. Hopwood and his wife, Sonia, of Lansdale; maternal grandfather, Melville C. McKenney of Perkiomenville; many aunts and uncles; and three nieces, Casey, Amanda, and Ava. He was anxiously awaiting the birth of his son, Charles N. Ziegler III, who is expected in May 2013.
A visitation will be held between 6 and 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale. A second visitation will begin after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, North Wales.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chas's memory to the Ziegler Family Memorial Fund, an account established for the benefit of his children, c/o TD Bank, 1500 Cowpath Road, Hatfield, PA 19440.
