George Renner

George Renner, 91, of Lansdale, passed away on January 14, 2024. He was the loving husband of Nancy (Amey) Renner for 67 years.

Mr. Renner was born to the late Allen and Ethel (Ernst) Renner. He grew up in Ambler, PA and graduated from Ambler High School in 1950.

George was drafted during the Korean Conflict and served as a private first class. After his service he worked for Bell Telephone.

His favorite place to be was Ocean City, NJ.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Charles Renner (Melissa); grandchildren: Thomas, Michael, Kelley, and Christian.

Friends and family may call between 1 and 2 PM on January 23, 2024, at the Dock Woods Chapel, 100 Woods Drive, Lansdale, PA 19446. A memorial service will follow, also at the chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in George's memory to either Dock Woods, or to Christ Lutheran Church in Oreland, PA.
