Georgette Koehler

Georgette Koehler, 90, of Lansdale, passed away January 8, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late Franklynn C. Koehler, Jr., who died March 4, 2022.

Born June 10, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Marguerite (Moyer) Treffinger.

She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Telford. Georgette, along with her husband, Franklynn, were owners of Koehler Jewelers, Lansdale. Georgette had a passion for designing clothing and jewelry. She loved sewing and would sew many of the designs she created, and was a founding member of the Gaudy Dutch Questers.  Georgette had a heartfelt enthusiasm for the Delaware Valley Region Antique Automobile Club of America. Georgette also enjoyed skiing and spending time at their beach house with family and friends.

Her survivors include two children, Lisa A. Koehler (Robert Shettsline), Lansdale, and Jonathan Koehler (Jean), Littleton, CO; grandchildren, John and Kyle Koehler and Brandon Shettsline; sister, Grace Schultz, Tylersport, PA.

The family will receive friends starting 10 AM Friday, January 13, 2023 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, with the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Lansdale, 16 Susquehanna Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446.
