Matthew C. Huff

Matthew C. Huff, 38, of Lansdale, died Friday, April 15, 2022.

Born March 3, 1984 in Lansdale, he was a son of Laurence and Rosetta (Izzi) Huff.

Matt was employed as a 911 dispatcher with Bucks County for many years and later worked as an emergency communications systems specialist with Montgomery County.

He was a dedicated, 24 year volunteer with Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department.  He also served with the Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lansdale for ten years.

Matt enjoyed music and taught himself to play many instruments, including the piano.  He also had a passion for weather tracking and was the founder of Southeastern PA Severe Weather website.

Survivors include his children, Nicholas M. Huff, Christopher M. Huff, and Gabriella M. Huff; and his brother, Brian T. Huff (Antonella) of Lansdale.

Relatives and friends may call between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale.  A second visitation will be held between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 22 at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, North Wales.
